Meet candace
Candace Elise Orange is a Creative Director, Senior Designer, and the founder of The CEO Connect Agency—an upscale branding and product development studio dedicated to elevating visionary brands through intentional design. A serial entrepreneur by nature, Candace has been building, creating, and leading since childhood—determined to live up to her initials, CEO, with the belief that there is nothing she cannot create.
She began her formal art training at Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia before earning her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art with a concentration in Advertising Design from Clark Atlanta University, graduating with honors. Candace also holds a design patent issued by the United States Patent & Trademark Office, further solidifying her commitment to innovation and intellectual property in creative spaces. In addition to leading her agency, she serves as Chief Creative Officer at StreamFi, a tech music platform, and is a dedicated Employee Wellness Advocate.
Candace’s work spans entertainment, legal, nonprofit, and cultural sectors, with collaborations including the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association, Activist Tamika D. Mallory of Until Freedom, Shreveport Regional Arts Council, The Athlete’s Foot, Black Ink Crew Chicago, Southern University Law Center, Hype Hair Magazine, VH1, and more. Her approach to branding is rooted in art as a tool for transformation—shifting mindsets, creating markets, inspiring innovation, and launching visual movements.
Deeply invested in community development, Candace is passionate about teaching design, sharing resources, and building access for emerging creatives. This mission led to the creation of The Creators Table—an initiative born from her habit of inviting creators she admired to share meals, exchange stories, and build authentic connections. What began as intimate conversations evolved into a powerful platform for collaboration, learning, and collective growth.
Through The CEO Connect Agency and The Creators Table, Candace is building ecosystems where creativity is not only seen—but sustained.
